Host: The Gohan Foundation for US-Japan Culinary and Cultural Exchange
Co-host: Noto-town Societies of Commerce and Industry
Purpose:
- To raise the fund for the educational program for chefs and other professionals in food industry (The name of the specific program / TBA)
- To introduce the regional ingredients from Noto, Ishikawa Prefecture
